Registration problems with a gas hob

Hi, trying to register a recently purchased samsung gas hob.  I logged into my Samsung account as instructed and whilst it lists domestic appliances the list within that does not have hobs - it just has ovens and microwaves. Thanks.

@Donthescone: Are you attempting to register the appliance via the following link, or equivalant site (depending on your region)?

If so, can you see an 'Other' category to register the hob to, if it isn't showing as a subcategory in the Home Appliances section?

Anyone having issues with the gas hob flame?  All 4 seem too high - even when on minimum flow on the smallest ring it's too high and simmering is difficult.  Is there anyway to easily adjust it?  Thanks
