Registering product

I am trying to register my central air condition on the Samsung website but I don't know what the serial number is.

Do I register the main Ai Con system or the wi-fi box that controls the system?

@ElDon01: Please can you confirm where you are currently based, the model number of the air conditioner, and provide a link to the registration page, and I will look into this further for you?
