Registered appliance missing

Has anyone else experienced their registered appliance missing, I registered my American fridge freezer 3 years ago and it has disappeared from my registered appliance list.

Hi @Jamiegib, did you register the appliance for the standard warranty on your account or an extended warranty, or a different reason?

You know I can't remember, it was 3 years ago, prob probably just registered the fridge/freezer, don't recall paying any extra. My fridge/freezer has a sticker on it which states 10yr warranty I know this is only for a certain part, but what is the standard warranty? 3yr or 5yr? Thanks

@Jamiegib: The standard warranty for our refrigerators runs for 24 months from the purchase date. There is a 10 year, parts only warranty on the Digital Inverter Compressor, and an extended 5 year warranty on selected models. For the extended warranty you would have been required to register the appliance on our website via the link below within 90 days of the purchase date.
