Hi, I've had this for ~ 2 years and it's always made this nouse like a metal fan is spinning and rubbing against something. It's not a typical FF noise which I'd expect, this is loud enough to be heard on zoom calls and enough for me to leave the kitchen while I'm working. The other problem is the noise is there maybe 20% of the time so I know if an engineer comes out it won't be noisy. I do have videos of the noise though.
It's driving me crazy and before I get an engineer out I wonder if anyone else is having or has had a similar experience?
I've done all the recommended things such as nothing on the top and pulling it away from the wall to allow breathing space but nothing has helped.
