"Asset not found" for washer in Smart-Things app

Hi, 

I have connected my washer/dryer (WD95T634CBH) to the Smart-Things app and it shows up under my connected units allowing me to remotely start a program. However, if I try to use the Laundry Recipes or Planner a short message appears: "connecting to server..." followed by "Asset was not found". 

Quite annoying not being able to use these features. 

Anyone know a fix to this problem or are experiencing the same thing?

No I still have the same issue.

I have a brand new Samsung Dryer and it is giving me the same "asset was not found" on my dryer.
