The Qdrive Ecobubble 9kg Keeps stopping working by itself (on Pause itself) and turns itself off.

No it doesn’t show any error message. It seems to get stuck, unable to move on to next cycle - then I’m an not expert to diagnose the problem…

Thanks for this, @QDrive 9kg stopping. Have you checked to see if there's anything stuck in the door or the rubber seal?

no nothing stuck, the rubber seal is clean.
