Help! On Samsung Qdrive 10kg the main wash symbol starts flashing after the cycle starts after a minute or so and the cycle stops and goes no further! Tried unplugging machine for 10mins..didn’t help
any ideas??

that may be the Pre Wash symbol – If you’re washing items that are heavily stained or soiled, it can help to add a Pre Wash. This simply adds a short wash cycle before the main wash to help remove any stubborn stains. However, in order to confirm this, would you be able to provide me with the appliance model code? This can be found on the door on a white sticker.
