So I owned a Q Drive since Feb 2019 and haven't had any major problems until today I put it on cotton and cut off at 29 mins and my clothes are locked shut in the machine and when it turned off I was upstairs but my smarthings app never told me it turned off or had an error code it just said 29 mins but still stayed the same and when I looked at the washer it was off with red lock symbol flashing and but it turned on after and put it on super speed this time and did the same thing pls help
