Purchased a MS23 K3555

I have just purchased the above microwave (MS23K3555) about 6 months ago p, it has been working perfectly fine until the other day when the microwave just will not operate. Everything appears normal. All the switches and dials appear to working correctly and we can set the microwave to use and set the timing etc. but when we try to start the microwave on any of the functions it just will not start. 

Help.. We have read the manual but nothing helps

Have you checked to see if anything's stopping the turntable from moving or that the door is shutting properly?
