Hi I can't seem to register my new fridge freezer keeps saying to check the numbers and try again. But the numbers are definitely right.

It's a RS54N3103SA American fridge freezer 

Any tips?

Hi @Claire30, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with registering your fridge freezer. Are you trying to register this for the standard 24 month warranty, or a 5 year warranty? 

If it's the former, the standard warranty does start right away when you place your order, and your Proof of Purchase is sufficient to verify the warranty period. 

If it's the latter, try entering 'RS54N3103SA/EU' as the model, and ensure the serial number is being entered correctly as the 0 may look like an O, or vice versa, and this can apply to some other characters.
