Hi  Not sure what Im doing wrong but is there another way of registering my American style fridge freezer, i try to upload the barcode as instructed but the photo is rejected, can registration be done manually ?

Hi I'm trying to register on the website, after login in I try to upload the barcode but it won't accept it, I've tried several time with different photos of the barcode.
