Have to say your after sales service is shocking. We have a heat pump Samsung dry DV90T5240AN. On the 4th repair with the same fault. Seven day and still can not book a repair again. Absolutely disgraceful how Samsung are treating us on this. Brought the dryer early August and the machine has spent more time broken than working and still Samsung will not replace for a new one as Samsung keep saying under are terms and conditions of are warranty we will repair. Joke when its still the same fault all the time. Not even you repair agents have a clue as to why!!!! Also they are very rude. Why will you not just change the dryer???? !!!! Very frustrating. I would never recommend Samsung ever again to anyone or buy a Samsung products again.
