Anyone out there buying a Samsung product may want to think again. We bought a washing machine, delivered the next day and my old machine taken. The new machine on Ed unwrapped was broken. Samsung insisted on a engineer attend. They reported back to Samsung a new machine required. Samsung return policy is up to 9 days after they collect the broken machine if the model is available. That leaves the customer high and dry with laundry. The not customer friendly. They forced us down the refund route instead.
That's exactly what happened to my machine after 3 mths of purchasing. The machine broken down over 7 times and samsung refuse to replace the washing machine..I find their customer service assistants to be very rude and condescending.
