Ovens in Demo mode

I have got the following appliances that are stuck in Demo mode, have anyone who any experience of unlocking?

@JoyceLi: Typically, appliances that are in Demo mode are retailer models for display purposes only. Where did you purchase the appliances from? Also, where on each of the products is it indicating that Demo mode is enabled?
