Oven door just exploded and the oven wasnt even on !

Just heard a shout from the kids to say something went bang in the kitchen & rushed down to find out that the oven door had exploded. The oven hasen't even been used today, so no heat.

Its actually lodged bit of glass into one of the units, so thank god nobody was in the kitchen.

Its a samsung nv75j757ors oven dating to 2018, but surely that shouldn't happen ? can you advise please ?

This must be a common problem with Samsung ovens as I've noticed people with the same problem over the years on this Samsung members app
