Purchased 2 months ago, no problems. Last used the oven 2 weeks ago.
Turned the oven on last night and within minutes black smoke started coming out from the two slats at the bottom of the oven! I shut it off and thankfully the glow subsided. The oven is covered with a film of soot.
Started a CHAT, but it kept locking up. Rep tried texting me but it wouldn't allow me to reply!!?
WHERE is the SERIAL NUMBER???
This is unacceptable that it can't be easily found!!! I'm recovering from surgery and can't be crawling around on the floor!
So far Samsung is the WORST experience ever!!!
