New washing machine wont work

Unpacked it wednesday. Tried to do 2 loads of washing that evening. It wouldn't spin or drain. It kept  saying clean drain filter. There was no debris in the filter to clean out. On my 3rd attempt to do some washing it would turn on. But no matter which programme I selected it just keeps saying  sensing... and then nothing happens.

It stayed like that for about 40 - 50 minutes. 

At this point I was livid. I now have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to take a look at it.

I'm seriously regreting buying this now.

I should have just bought a run of the mill model

Because these ones are not cheap

It was faulty on arrival. But an engineer was provided within a few days and a replacement was sorted within 5 days. All in all not a bad experience samsung did work swiftly to deal with the issue. It took about a week for the faulty one to be returned and the replacement sent out. It is a very good machine and very technical just a shame the first one sent turned out to be faulty.
It's certainly the first time this has happened to me but I would still buy samsung products again.
