New Samsung Fridge Freezer Vegetable Drawer Is Stiff

Hi, I'm new here, we have just had delivery of a Samsung Integrated Fridge Freezer, the bottom vegetable drawer is very stiff to pull out, the chiller drawer above it is fine it is just the vegetable drawer at the bottom - has anyone else had this problem?

Hey, I know this may seem like a trivial problem but I really have to tug the drawer out which I know isn't right.  I've actually contacted Samsung now and they are sending an engineer out as there may be a manufacturing problem with the drawer - but thanks for your very useful advice anyway

have you taken all of the plastic film off of the drawer and runners?

Yes all packaging and tape had been removed.  Had the engineer out and the cabinet is faulty, they are organising a replacement fridge freezer.  Thanks for your replies especially @Walstein who deserves a medal for his sarcasm & s**t (not wit)
