I bought Samsung Series 5 ecobubble 9kg washing machine on (10th Jan 2022) already carried out once drum clean . Now for couple of days my washing is stuck in a washing machine as its not opening nor its spinning nor draining or refilling for the new setting .I did see warning code coming on as ( S5 ) which means drainage issue so I have unscrewed and checked all the pipes (under sink washing machine pipes filter at the front of the machine )-All clear for any clogged matters soooo just wondering what is the next step now as mentioned before i only had this new washing machine for 7 weeks .
