My machine is stuck on 5 minutes...how can I stop it?

@Linda59 , No worries. If you're able to upload the video to YouTube, you'll then be able to insert it in a post on here from that.

In the 'Reply' option

Copy & paste the YouTube video URL address in the pop-up that comes up, and then just follow through the Preview, and Insert steps.

Has this been resolved? I just changed my drain pump but seems to get stuck at the 5 minute mark. a 45min wash took over an hour because of this. I stopped it and just did a rinse cycle but seems to be stuck and cannot get past 5 minute mark.
