Hi @Linda59,

Are you able to give us more info on this?

E.g.:

What's the model code of your washing machine?

The cycle/program it's stuck on?

For example, sometimes an unbalanced load can make the spin cycle stick (check out Jam1eM's post here for advice on that: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/Home-Appliances/Samsung-WW70k5210UX-stuck-on-9-minutes-on-spin-p...).

Hi,

I changed the cycle to rinse and spin and it then stopped on 9 minutes as others had said so I waited and it did indeed stop.  I have emptied it and put another normal wash - I had a mixture of towels and clothes in the previous wash as described in response - and am waiting to see if issue pursists.  However I have noted that there is a 'clicking sound' as the cycle goes on, which I've not really noticed before.

My details are:

Product Type: 9kg Ecobubble Washing Machines
Model: WF90F5E3U4W/EU

Regards

Linda

Are you able to tell roughly whereabouts on the machine the clicking sounds are coming from?
