Missing Top Hinge holes left hand side - Samsung Fridge

I would like to reverse the doors on my Samsung fridge Model SRL452DBLS and while everything seems to be correct, ie bottom hing can change, middle hinge can change, top hinge cover for LHS is provided, the missing bit is the holes for the top hinge on the left hand side.

Is this an error in manufacture or are the holes under the sheet metal and just need drilling out or despite all appearances is it not possible to reverse the top door??

It should be possible to reverse the door so it does seem that this may be an error in manufacture. Where did you buy your Fridge?
