Loud noise when spinning

Anyone else gave a loud banging noise when spinning? Have calibrated, checked floor levels, put less washing in, ensured not vibrating against anything , everything suggested

@Just_Clare: Please can you confirm the model number of your machine, located on a sticker on the inside of the door or drum? Is the issue occurring on all cycles, or is a particular one? Can you check to see if the hoses are correctly clipped to the back of the machine, and aren't banging on the back?

Hoses are secure, noise only stops if we push the door in while it's spinning- happens on the 1400 spin, Didn't  hear it on the 800
