Latest refrigerator software update

Over the past few days my Home Hub refrigerator has updated to Tizen V6. As a result my usual home screen (with lots of useful tiles) has completely gone and has been replaced by a new home screen which seems to focus on menu ideas.  It's a real insult as it is offering me things I can't eat - tempting sweet pastries when on a diet and recipes with items I am allergic to.

In summary then, my old home screen, where I could see today's weather and control Amazon Music and Tune-In Radio has all gone.  

How do I get it back, before the fridge/freezer goes out of the window?

Most things are widgets , delete the current page and create new ones i did similar to version 5 . tune is as a widget you can choose clocks , weather , different types of calendars
