needing help with my  american style fridge freezer.

behind the vegetable box at the bottom of fridge is frosting over  oranges and apples cucumber frozen

defrosted it twice 

reset digital panel and unplugged 

set fridge on 3 oC as recommended keeps jumping back onto 6 oC 

what can i do now 

i must say my kitchen got very very cold a weeks ago and this is when i noticed the frost inside fridge 😳

It's happening again with the fridges I wonder if samsung will recall the fridges again

as most cold store fridges are set between 0c and 5c as operating temperatures then 6c must have been set by samsung. possibly the minimum operating temperature.
I would suggest a full defrost (this can be speeded up with a hairdryer and plenty of towels) as this will give your fridge a fresh start.

for your reply i did a full defrost cleaned dust and debris from the lower back & underneath the fridge freezer! reset pressing the two buttons on the front panel ... waited then frost built up again behind the salad crisper, unfortunately i have rang an engineer the next step is a whole new twin cooling panel in the back wall of the fridge. apparently this is a common problem on model RS21WCNS
