I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and I have a Samsung phone, washer and tumble dryer and my washer(WW8500) doesn't want to spin or go on the Super Eco Wash, I have already sold it, and have brought a Miele washer and dryer, which is quite modern from 2017

Typical of Samsung, they sell you stuff, take your money, and then don't want to know you anymore. I have been with Samsung for a very long time but would not buy their goods except for the phone thanks
