I bought a theme for £0.82 and then later samsung took 15p from my account

I was buying a theme for my phone from Samsung and after I bought it i removed my card but them later on o realised that Samsung took 15p from my account, im unsure why they have done it what is it?

Hi @aishasediq   Seems to be  a card authentication/verification fee,a temporary charge which shall be refunded in due course.

Oh thank you also in my card account it says the payment is continuous so its going to take money from me later on too?
