I received an email from Samsung about my damages claim related to a washer leak, and the Payment Exchange page says that I have to enter my Account Number. I logged into the website, but can't find that number. Please help.

same here - I have been trying to get this refund processed since JULY of 2023 - it is now FEBRUARY of 2024. This is without a doubt the most unbelievably ridiculous customer service experience of my life!
