Hi, I have been regularly getting holes in items of finer materials that come out of the washer. I have felt all around and cannot feel anything sticking up nor does it sound as though a bra wire (or anything similar) is stuck in there.
when I look inside the machine I can see a copper oval shaped pieces of metal (photo attached) that things could possibly be caught on. I’m not sure if this is something that should be inside a machine though. Can someone advise me on this?
