heat pump tumble dryer

Bit weird this - on any program after about two minutes the rotation stays in clockwise and doesn't reverse. Occasionally this knots up sheets. I cant recall if this is correct as I haven't sat and watched the machine as its in a cupboard. It does have another turning off fault as well.

I spoke to the Samsung rep in Currys and the Samsung engineer but neither knew - probably for the same reason - who watches a tumble dryer - me I guess. 

Any suggestions welcome.

I have the same problem with my heat pump dryer tangling up bedding into a ball. I have to keep checking it to untangle the duvet cover as it won’t dry. Terrible design flaw for a product that cost over £700. Dryer model is  DV90TA040AX. A real shame as it is good for smaller items.

Same issue here with my Series 6 heat pump. Conclusion was "no fault". Obviously don't care about whether it's functional or not for it's design purpose
