Heat pump dryer waste too short

I have a new Heatpump dryer DV80T but the 2m waste pipe is not long enough to link with our drainage under the sink. In the manual it says not to use an extension kit and to use a long drain hose. I contacted Samsung but they just sent me a link to another 2m hose and have not yet been able to provide me with info on where to get the correct fitting. Any help appreciated.

I have the exact same issue. Did you find a solution?

I had a live chat with Samsung and they sent me to this website where I filled in the form but still haven’t heard anything.

It’s driving me crazy how difficult it seems to be to find a part that I imagine a lot of people need. 2m just isn’t long enough if there’s a washing machine between your dryer and the sink.
