Grey stickers on back of new fridge freezer

They blend in very well and I don't know if I need to remove them. I already placed my fridge (without removing the stickers) so I can't photograph but they look exactly like in this video near the end.

What I am worried about is they may either be ventilation holes, OR meant to stay on. And there's no way of telling which.

1. A round sticker is attached on the inlet of the insulating foam on the back of the refrigerator.
2. Inlet is placed in the back of the refrigerator to make it easier to insert the insulating foam evenly for perfect insulation although it may be shown during use.
3. Do not remove the round stickers on the rear side of the refrigerator. They have a decorative function closing the fabrication holes.
