Would anyone know how to get in touch with the UK service agents for Samsung Ovens? We have a serfvice order reference of 4235344270 for ACL Domestic Applianc repairs. The support site says an engioneer has been asssigned and the repair is in progress but we have heard nothing, no emails or other contact (certainly no repair in process!). Very puzzling. No apparent way to look into the status further.
Multiple issues with these Chef Collection ovens so would think hard about replacing with later models at present.
