Fridge temp is too high

Hi i have a RL41WGIS fidge freezer, the problem i have is the temp for the firdge is 19 degrees and the freezer is -19, for some reason it will not allow me to adjust the setting, i have tried setting the control panel to 3 degrees but it keeps reverting back to 19, any suggestions please.  Trevor

Hi @Trevor10.

 

Have you checked that the door seal is fully intact and attached properly? How about the ventilation in and around the fridge freezer?
