We purchased a house where the owner left us their fridge freezer model number rsg5uumh.
There's no water filter present, so I got in touch with customer support and they told me to order a HAFIN2/EXP which we did.
Tried fitting it today, and there's no way it will go in. It goes 'up' but won't turn. On pulling it out you can see the lugs are being destroyed - there's no way it can be the right one.
I've been back on to customer support and they insist it's the right one.
Can anyone here confirm? I've attached a picture to show the mess it's making of it when trying to fit - you can see the indents that have been made into the plastic.
