Fridge Freezer - RS50N3513SA - ice button stuck

My 3.5 year old American fridge freezer has started cycling through the ice/filter options constantly. The machine beeps whenever the setting changes - it cycles through "crushed ice", "cubed ice", "ice off" then resets the filter and starts again. I've seen some online chat suggesting the button is stuck and the panel may need replaced, but wondering if there is an alternative fix - it does look as if the panel can be removed, but not sure you can get in at the buttons easily.

Have you tried disconnecting your Fridge Freezer from the mains supply for a minute or two?

Thanks Chris - yes, left it disconnected for 5 mins yesterday and the cycle restarted as soon as it was back on.

It does seem that the Fridge Freezer would need to be inspected by an engineer in that case. You can find your nearest Samsung approved Service Centre here. Hope this helps!
