Fridge freezer Rb31fernbss - constant alarm

Hi 

we have the Samsung RB31FERNBSS it is about 2 yr old. 

Last night it started constantlybeeping loudly!! Called the helpline and they said turn it off for 15 mins.  This didn’t work and the beeping started up again.

the fridge freezer all seems to working perfectly apart from the annoying loud beeping.

anyone have any other helpful suggestions?

When you said that you turned it off for 15 minutes, do you mean that you unplugged it from the main power socket too?  If not, I do recommend trying this!
