Today I took delivery of a Samsung Fridge Freezer RB31FDJNDBC, After I turned it on, both sides of it became very hot to the touch & still are after 4 hrs. Is this normal?

I am having the same issue as the member you responded to - exterior sides of newly installed f/f very hot after 4 hours. Is this normal?
