Bought this on the 16th /12/20 on line from Samsung. arrived on 18/01 /21. great for 3 weeks. then all ice crushed only no cubed. Called Samsung, hanging on for 40 mins. 1 week later engineer came replaced ice box and said needed another part, new seal, 1 week later sorted. Three weeks later, horrendous noise coming from ice making area, had no choice had to turn off from the wall, phoned Samsung and had to wait over a week for engineer to come. Could be a problem involving three parts, but we have requested a replacement or money back, see no call back from Samsung. Left with fridge/freezer working but not able to dispense ice. 

Cant seem to get any sense out of Samsung, still waiting call back now it has been three weeks. Help!

Any one else had this problem.

I’ve had a similar problem with Samsung “support”. I’ve never known such poor customer service.

Did you pay on a credit card? If so you will have some protection.

Hi buddy. Yes go it repaired after 5th visit not really what we wanted but it seems ok at the moment. The Samsung customer support. WELL say no more. Good luck on that one. We did put it on the credit card never  thought about that. hope you get yours sorted. Regards Pete
