I have that too on a RB29FSJNDSA serie.

Apparently, I cannot access the T° sond, only the top panel that doesn't seems damaged on the various disassembly I saw online.

I don't know what to do and support for warranty (I have dissassembled it yet, so still on warranty) ask me to carry my 50kg fridge outside the city. I have a back with a misplaced vertebra without a car. What a joke.
