fridge freezer issue, fridge warm !!!

hi all, i have a lovely samsung 50 / 50 fridge freezer but find every so often the fridge starts heating up, finding that if we even have a 30 second power cut it takes a week to recalibrate and i can't rely on it - its only a few years old surely this shouldnt be happening- anyone experience similar and anyway to fix it ?
