Fridge freezer help needed please !!

Had a fridge freezer RS50N3513WW delivered today and had it installed. It won’t stop intermittently beeping and the water dispenser is not working. Aaaagh

You will have to contact Samsung engineer to come back and have a look.

I purchased and had installed today by AO.  Was hoping there was a simple suggestion I may be missing to trouble shoot.

always leave your fridge or freezer at least 24hrs before turning it on, after the delivery arrived.

@Claire g: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered these issues with your new fridge freezer. Regarding the intermittent beeping, have you checked to see if the doors are properly closed? If they are, can you see any indicators on the display that correspond with the beeping? 

For the water dispenser, please can you check the following?

1. Is the water line connected, and the shut off valve open? 

2. Has the water supply line tubing been crushed or kinked? Make sure the tubing is clear and free of obstructions.

3. Is the water tank frozen because the temperature of the refrigerator is too low?
