Fridge freezer frozen food in fridge

I have a 5 year old ( I think) Samsung RB31 fridge freezer. For sometime the freezer section produces lots of ice under the bottom drawer and a pool of water leaks out. I presume this is a blocked drain or perhaps the door seal isn't working?
Now the fridge section is freezing items over the last 24 hours!

Any thoughts on this and how to resolve it? Or is this a known issue with Samsung applicants? My partner (her fridge freezer) says that you can't access the drain to clean it out.

My Samsung 2 door 2drawer refrigerator/freezer is also doing the same thing. Today there was frozen condensation on the inside back wall of the refrigerator on both sides. What's up with these occurrences? Have to crack ice under drawer and remove it so freezer door will seal. This happens about once a month. Has anyone solved this problem?
