Fridge freezer fault.

Hi, I have a RL41WGIH fridge freezer. The fridge part is not cooling. I have defrosted the freezer as there was a build-up of ice. The freezer is working fine, but the fridge is not cooling at all and is showing as 19 degrees C. What could the issue be?

I am going to be writing to BBC Watchdog, an appliance like this should not be having these failures, and it appears they are not isolated incidents, and feel an investigation needs to be done on these products because clearly they don't seem fit for purpose

I have a 9 month old Samsung Digital invented fridge freezer which is quiet until the motor starts. It has become so noisy when the motor comes on.
There used to be very little noise from the motor but now it's so annoying.
Is there anything I can try to shut it up? If not, who do I contact? I bought it through Amazon.
