FRIDGE FREEZER Blinking Control Panel

 Hello

I have just purchased a new Samsung BRB260130WW Fridge Freezer. It was installed and the Power and Alarm LEDS are on, but the Fridge and Freezer have been blinking for 20 hours. The manual is completely unintelligible. Is it normal to blink, if not what do I have to do? The manual doesn't even tell what temps are best.
