Fridge error code

Hi

i have a side by side RSG5 series fridge freezer. 

I am getting an error intermittently on the display. 

When pressing the ice button to switch from water the display will flash “PC-ER” and beep for around 2 minutes. Then it will go back to normal. 

Many ideas of the cause and hopefully a cure?

Have you noticed any performance issues that are occurring along side the error message? As a basic troubleshooting step I'd recommend switching the fridge off at the power for a few minutes and switching it back on to see if this helps.
