I have a model RB29FSRNDSA/EU and it has been working well for 2 years.
However now I have a problem with the freezer. Although the temperature sensor is consistently -19 degrees, all of my food has defrosted, the ice cream has melted. I have to constant press the flash freeze button. This causes the food to temporarily freeze but the setting goes off in 50 hours and my food slowly defrost again.
There is no ice covering the back of the freezer. I have noticed recently there has been a louder hum coming from the freezer and occasionally a rattling noise.
Please can some one help with this issue.
I have no idea whats wrong,

Hi
Yes I have followed all the troubleshooting steps.
There is sufficient room at the back of the fridge, its plugged in, the refrigerator is working fine.
I just don't understand why the freezer only works (partially) on deep freeze mode. As soon as it goes off, the food melts.
