On my recently purchased Samsung dryer (MODEL: DV82M5210KW / EG), a "filter" message appears which flashes with a sound. I removed the filter to change it and check the water tank which is empty. But it's still blinking. What to do? thank you for helping me.
have you tried turning it off at the mains for 30 seconds then turning it back on, I have no idea how samsung driers work but the turn it off and off again trick usually fixes issues like this

HI this will be the heat exchanger it will flash every 25 uses, this needs to be cleaned with a brush as it gets clogged. would copy and paste from the manual but this is a German model.
