@Anneri: Are you running a particular cycle when the issue occurs? Do you get any error codes on the display? Next time you run a cycle, try reducing the load to see if this helps, and if the cycle hangs again then run a Rinse and Spin Cycle and set the number of rinses to '0'. Let me know how you get on.
