Family Hub software update

I have a Family Hub RS68N8941 Family Hub (fridge/freezer) running Family Hub 5.0 (Tizen 4.0) software.

I understand that new software (Family Hub 6.0) was due to be released at the end of April, but no updates are available on my device.

Does anyone know when this will be released??? I also assume it will be compatible with a  fridge that is less than 12 months old!!

Unfortunately not. It’s still happening.

Strangely, it started working for about a day and then went back to nit working again.

Have you tried a full reset? I haven’t but I wonder if that would work?

Possibly… I haven’t but worth a shot.

Also, Not long ago my ice machine got frozen stuck, and I managed to find a engineers menu. I have no idea but will take a look - there may be a force update. I’ll have a look and feedback.
